All of the modalities unpacked share a common goal: to overcome physical, emotional, mental or spiritual hardships, in order to live a more joyful, authentic life. </p><p><br>Host, Sally Janet de Gruchy, is an Energy Psychology Practitioner, former Primary School Teacher, children's wellbeing author, and founder of Daily Practise. Sally works with people of all ages - quite literally from 0-5 year olds at her monthly Music, Movement, & Mindfulness classes at the Randwick Library, to the elderly at an aged care centre in Queens Park with her monthly Sensory & Stretching class. For anyone in between, Sally runs daily livestream Moonflow and weekly SheFlows classes to help people align with the healing frequencies of the moon. </p><p><br></p><p>In your typical Heal 2 Heal episode, Sally will interview a chosen healer about their craft, and then finish with a live demonstration. </p><p><br></p><p>Sally's intention in producing this podcast is to provide a beacon of light for any souls out there who might be needing some gentle guidance. </p>
