<p>💭 Have you ever thought about where you store emotions in your body? If you're like me (Sasha!), then every ounce of stress is held in your shoulders and upper back. Or maybe, also like me, your osteopath and/or acupuncturist has to repeatedly remind you to relax your body during treatment. In today's episode I chat with the team (Gen, Clarisse, Carolyn and Robin!) about how emotions can show up physically within the body in many different ways. It's different for everyone but there are some commonalities, too.</p> <p>🤩 Bonus! I wasn't prepared enough beforehand but you'll hear a male voice in today's episode... Meet Robin! He's our newest Manual Osteopathic Practitioner and is joining us from France. If you see him in the clinic, give him a big welcome and maybe a Kingston recommendation!
