About Healing Our Kindred Spirits

Healing Our Kindred Spirits Podcast is a place for honest stories, meaningful conversations, and the things many of us carry quietly. Hosted by storyteller Donna Gaudette, the podcast explores the beautifully complicated experience of being human—the things we’ve lived through, the things we’re still figuring out, and the ways our experiences shape who we become. Here, we talk about grief and changing dreams, guilt and vulnerability, caregiving and loss, mindfulness and overthinking, aging and uncertainty, intuition and spirituality, relationships, resilience, and those ordinary moments that often hold more meaning than we realize. Some episodes begin with a personal story. Others begin with a question, a reflection, or something life has placed in front of us that deserves a closer look. There may not always be a solution or a perfectly wrapped-up ending—and that’s intentional. Sometimes what we need most isn’t someone telling us how to fix our lives. Sometimes we simply need to know that someone else has felt it too. Created especially with empaths, sensitive souls, and seekers in mind, Healing Our Kindred Spirits is also a welcoming space for anyone who appreciates authenticity, compassion, curiosity, and conversations with a little more depth. You’ll also find original curated guided meditation episodes and moments of quiet reflection to help you pause, reconnect with yourself, and step away from the noise for a little while. This isn’t a podcast about having all the answers. It’s about sharing our stories, asking meaningful questions, making room for what we don’t yet know, and perhaps recognizing a little of ourselves in one another along the way. Come as you are.
