Welcome, everyone. Today, we're diving into a powerful spiritual truth, one that has made a profound difference in my life and business—the spiritual truth of allowing. You've probably noticed I've divided these truths into categories: truths about yourself, truths about others, and truths about business and success. This episode focuses on the last category, exploring how the principle of allowing has set my spirit free from a lifetime of striving and control.
For as long as I can remember, I've been a driven, independent, and task-oriented person. If I wanted something, I would go out and do everything necessary to get it. This "go, go, go" mentality brought me success in my career, particularly in network marketing, where I meticulously followed every rule and piece of advice. I was so confident I could control the outcome that I pushed and pushed until I hit my goals. But while my business was succeeding, my relationships and my own mental and physical health were suffering. I was completely burned out and unfulfilled.
It wasn't until I started to learn about the spiritual law of allowing that I realized my constant need to control was a major block. I had to unlearn the ingrained belief that my effort alone was the sole driver of success. The thought of letting go felt impossible, but in my desperation for peace, I decided to trust a different path. This shift from forcing things to letting them unfold was the exact answer I needed. It not only brought immense relief but also led to exponential growth in my business and a peace I had been searching for my entire life.

Episode 20: Spiritual Truth of Non-Attachment
Hey there and welcome back! Today, we're diving into a powerful spiritual truth that made a huge shift in my life: the truth of non-attachment. If this is your first time listening, I'm so glad you're here. I'm sharing different truths that have helped me on my journey of healing from past traumas and finding genuine happiness, peace, and fulfillment. For the longest time, I felt like I was doing everything "right," but something was missing. I couldn't figure out why I still wasn't experiencing the deep peace and joy I was searching for. This spiritual truth of non-attachment was a real game-changer for me.
My biggest takeaway from this truth is that nothing in the external world can bring us true, lasting fulfillment and happiness. We often attach our self-worth and confidence to external achievements—like job titles, money, houses, or cars—but this just leaves us constantly chasing the next thing. I've been there myself, always striving for more, and feeling that temporary happiness quickly fade away. This cycle of chasing and never feeling like enough can cause so much anxiety and worry. It wasn't until I started to see the pattern that I realized I was attaching my worth to the wrong things, and the real things that mattered in my life, like my relationships, were suffering.
This journey led me to a simple but profound realization: the only thing we should truly be attached to is our own internal worth. When we stop attaching our happiness to external circumstances and start waking up every morning remembering who we are—a powerful being with unique gifts and a purpose—that's when everything changes. The foundation of life is knowing who you are, the meaning of life is discovering your gifts, and the purpose of life is giving those gifts away. When you live from that place of internal self-worth, peace, happiness, and fulfillment naturally flow into your life without the constant need to chase or control anything.

Episode 19: Spiritual Truth of Abundance & Growth Mindset
Today we're talking about the spiritual truth of an abundance mindset and a growth mindset. These principles are things I learned on my own healing journey, which helped me view life from a new perspective and find truth, peace, and happiness. For a long time, I felt like I was doing all the right things, but I was still struggling. I’ve come to realize that much of this struggle came from a fixed mindset and scarcity mindset that I had developed over my life.
I used to believe that my abilities were unchanging and that failure was a personal attack. I was resistant to change, kept my knowledge to myself, and was suspicious of others' motives. But through a shift in perspective, I learned that failure is an opportunity for growth, and feedback is a constructive way to improve. This realization completely changed my approach to life. It's a powerful lesson that anyone can learn, no matter what their past experiences have been.
I am excited to share what I’ve learned about shifting from a fixed and scarcity mindset to an abundance and growth mindset. I'll walk you through the key differences and how embracing this new perspective can bring profound peace and happiness into your life. You'll learn how to start training your mind to see the world from a place of abundance, and how to identify and neutralize the subconscious beliefs that may be holding you back.
