I believe that fitness should be inclusive and accessible to everyone, which is why I want BFW to be the epitome of online fitness that connects people through a shared passion for movement and well-being. At BFW, we have a community to uplift one another.</p> <p>To be our best self and take care of others we also must look after ourselves. Every day I take actions that contribute to my well-being. I breathe and I meditate; for the longest time, I’ve been starting my day by setting an intention for myself. I also allow myself 30 minutes a day to worry, where I don’t do anything else but then it’s out of my mind for the rest of the day. I also take the time to be present and play with my dogs at different moments in the day, it makes me happy; I think anything that makes you happy is good for your mental health.</p> <p>I started my fitness career as a professional dancer and had a successful career for over 25 years. I then moved on to get certified as a Yoga Instructor in Hatha, Yin, Restorative &amp; Gravity Yoga. I am also a Certified American Barre Technique Master Instructor/Barre Coach, and a Piloxing SSP/Piloxing Barre Instructor.
