[…] But the burnout was real, and I guess I didn't really believe it wholly until it happened to me. And I had to start hiring practitioners to take over my patients, and then my patients didn't want to go to any practitioner but me. So then I realized that I had built my entire business around my name and my personality, which is not a good idea, but I didn't know that. So not only when I hit burnout, And I had to hire other people. And then I realized everything was built around me. That's kind of what initiated this coaching thing to learn how to just kind of manage it all because it's all it's it's a lot for one person to do, even if they don't have health issues. […]
