<p><b>Today we are joined by Lizzy Kurtzer, a menstrual cycle coach for the workplace - working with businesses to create inclusive cultures for people with periods.</b></p><p><br/></p><p><b>A new WaterAid survey reveals that menstrual taboos still dominate the lives of working women across the UK, with a staggering 85% saying they experience stress or anxiety when managing their periods at work. </b></p><p><br/></p><p><b>Lizzy has joined us today to explain the ways in which people with periods in the workplace are struggling with their menstrual cycles and how employers can improve these working conditions through educational resources, health testing and menstrual leave policies.
