Diets Suck and can get fucked β¦ IMO
This one is my opinion on why diets fail most of the time, why I absolutely hate the term diet and why we should focus on more positive terminology as well as eating. Restrictions lead to failure, shakes suck, diets are confusing, moderation is key and you do you. Be happy, love life, have fun with food and focus on the amazing wholesome bountiful fresh produce we have available. Fuck diets! All my opinion π.
