About Hear Me Now: The Podcast
A space for voices that deserve to be heard. Hear Me Now features honest conversations with survivors, advocates and professionals about abuse, coercion, violence against women and girls (VAWG), and trauma recovery. Some episodes contain adult themes, descriptions of violence and strong emotional content that may not be suitable for younger listeners. This podcast is intended for audiences aged 18 and over. Listener discretion is strongly advised. Hear Me Now is a podcast created by The Jessica Project CIC, made for survivors, advocates and anyone who believes in the power of speaking out. Each episode holds real conversations with people who have lived through abuse, coercion and harm alongside professionals, experts and change makers working to make things better. We don’t sensationalise. We listen. Whether you’re here to find solidarity, learn more, or share your own voice, this is a space where truth, resilience and healing are centred. Produced by The Jessica Project CIC. Sister company: Crowned with Courage the UK’s first survivor pageant for women and girls affected by violence.
