And there is the way that leads to death And judgment and despair. And it is these two ways ultimately that he is setting before them. So this is no mere theory. This is the eternal welfare of people like ourselves that we are concerned with. And in reading what Paul is saying, in trying to grasp and understand it, we are really grappling with the issues of our own eternal welfare.
