A podcast for foster kids current or past to tell their stories about their experience in the foster system. A safe place to share the hardest trials and the beautiful victories.
Hey everyone! We are back!
In this episode I give y'all some updates on life and a potential song release in the making!
If you'd rather read than listen let me give y'all the run down!
I will be releasing a song sometime in the next couple months! it will be under my artist profile
Kendra Lukens
I hope y'all like what you hear there out of what's already out!
A couple updates:
- Hear us yell will be expanding to bring awareness to more topics such as cancer, trauma, abuse, adoption, foster care, and many people who have taken their darkest times and created light!
- I am hoping that my next episode will be in the next few weeks and my dad's cancer battle through my mom's perspective of trying to raise two kids under the age of ten while trying to take care of a sick husband at the same time!
A few life updates!
-I recently went to Washington DC the past month and spoke to C.E.Os of tech companies and congress about the dangerous world of social media and then we spoke to legislators about three bills that we are trying to get passed that would protect kids online from dangerous people with bad intentions!
- I also recently moved to Phoenix, so I am no longer in Flagstaff!
- I also gave my life to Jesus and got baptized as well as created a community for myself I am so proud to be a part of!
- I made a friend in the past year who has been my rock through everything so shout out to Ellee Duke of course, I am so thankful for you always.
Happy Pride Month! Love whoever you wanna love :)
