Welcome to Heart Breath, a living oracle of the heart.
Each meditation is an invitation to pause, listen, and reconnect with the wisdom already living within you.
For this inaugural episode, I am sharing an excerpt from a longer Heart Breath journey recorded during the 4•4 Portal of 2026—a passage devoted to foundation, stability, and sacred remembering.
I chose this meditation as the beginning because every awakening requires a foundation. Before we can expand, create, or become, we must first feel supported. The heart opens through relationship—with the body, with the breath, with the ground beneath us, and with the deeper intelligence that guides our lives.
Within this journey, you are invited to slow down, listen deeply, and strengthen the inner foundation from which your life unfolds.
Whether you are arriving for the first time or returning once again, welcome.
