She’s Iconic is for women committed to becoming the leader their vision requires.
Hosted by speaker and mentor Renee Marie, She’s Iconic explores the honest, often unspoken parts of leadership, identity, and evolution—the seasons where who you’ve been no longer fits, but who you’re becoming isn’t fully formed yet.
Through raw solo conversations and expansive interviews, we explore discernment, ambition, capacity, visibility, the in-between, and the courage to evolve.
Your next level isn’t just about what you do. It’s about who you become.
Remember who the fuck you are, Icon ✨
EP 47: When Your Breaking Point Becomes Your Becoming with Yara de la Torre
What happens when the life you thought you were building changes in an instant?
Today's conversation is especially full circle for me because I've known Yara de la Torre for close to a decade. We originally met during a completely different era of both of our lives, when Yara was one of my bridal hair education students and we even worked together one-on-one.
Neither of us could have imagined that all these years later, we'd be sitting down together having this conversation.
In 2019, Yara experienced a life-altering accident that left her paralyzed from the waist down and changed the trajectory of her life. But what followed wasn't simply a story of overcoming something hard. It became an unraveling, a remembering, and ultimately an entirely new chapter of who she was here to become.
In this episode, we talk about identity, grief, surrender, astrology, trusting the unknown, finding meaning in the moments that break us open, and what it looks like to allow yourself to become someone you never could have predicted.
We also explore the beautiful duality of being able to honor what you've lost without needing to make it “happen for a reason,” while still recognizing the woman you've become on the other side of it.
Because sometimes the life you never planned for becomes the doorway into a version of yourself you never knew existed.
This is an episode about what happens when the old identity no longer fits—and having the courage to follow what comes next.

If this episode spoke to you, send it to the woman in your life who's standing in the middle of her own becoming.
And if you're in a season where you don't quite recognize the woman you used to be, but you can't fully see who you're becoming yet, keep going.
You don't need the entire path.
You just need the courage to follow what comes next.
And as always, remember who the fuck you are, icon♡

EP 46: The Courage to Leave the Life You Worked So Hard to Build with Caryn
What happens when you've spent years building a life that looks successful from the outside... only to realize it no longer feels like yours?
In this episode of She's Iconic, I'm sitting down with my friend Caryn (https://www.instagram.com/carynmeininger/?hl=en) for a conversation about evolution, identity, self-trust, and the courage it takes to walk away from versions of ourselves we've outgrown — even when we've invested years building them.
After more than two decades building within an eight-figure business, Caryn found herself confronting a truth so many high-achieving women eventually face: success doesn't mean much if you lose yourself in the process.
We talk about what it actually looks like to honor that knowing. The identities we attach to our accomplishments. The messy in-between when you know you can't go back, but you can't fully see what's next yet. And what becomes possible when you stop performing the life you think you're supposed to want and start trusting yourself enough to create the one that's actually true for you.
Caryn also shares what emerged on the other side of her own evolution and the vision behind Live Iconic Live — an experience and community created for women who desire success, beauty, connection and expansion without the loneliness, facade, or self-abandonment that can so often accompany it.
This conversation is your permission slip to evolve.
Because sometimes becoming who you're here to be means having the courage to release who you worked so hard to become.

EP 45: The Duality of Leadership: When to Trust Yourself & When to Move Anyway with Annie Whitney
There are moments in leadership when honoring yourself means slowing down, listening to your body, and allowing yourself to receive.
And then there are moments when you need to stop letting your feelings run the show and make shit happen.
So… how do you know the difference?
In this episode of She’s Iconic, I’m joined by my friend Annie Whitney (https://www.instagram.com/annewhitney_/?hl=en)—executive operator, brand strategist, advisor, and founder of The Anomaly Factor—for a conversation about the duality required to lead at a high level.
We get into the tension between receiving and executing, intuition and avoidance, honoring your nervous system and expanding its capacity, and why multiple truths can exist at the exact same time.
We talk about what happens when “alignment” becomes an excuse not to move, why you won’t always feel your best when you’re making money or creating momentum, and how becoming a more conscious leader changes the way you make decisions.
Because trusting yourself doesn’t mean blindly following every feeling.
Sometimes your body is giving you wisdom. Sometimes your nervous system is trying to keep you inside what’s familiar. Leadership is learning to discern the difference.
And apparently, there was even more to say—because technology decided to end the conversation for us. 😂 Annie’s phone disrupted the recording toward the end of our conversation, so if you notice the episode ends a little abruptly… that’s why.
Consider it our sign that this conversation isn’t finished.
Part Two is coming🎙️
