03 | Your most precious recourse: Time & Energy
Welcome to Episode 3 of the heartcompass podcast!
Today we're reflecting on how we spend our most precious recource as a human being; time and energy.
What and who we spend our time and energy on, is creating our day to day reality. So being mindful of the people and habits that are recieving your precious time and energy, is so important.
I threw in a little mindfulness/manifestation/manifestation practice in there as well, which I would love you to join.
I hope this inspires you to make small but important changes in your life to redirect your path towards your dream reality!
