Episode 57: Trust with Melanie Outman

Today I speak to Melanie Outman about authenticity, self-trust, and the journey back into the body. We explore what it means to choose yourself, to listen to the signals within, and to create a life that feels more aligned, spacious, and true.

About Melanie

Melanie Outman is a Somatic Coach, Writer and Yoga Teacher. She helps people in corporate-ish careers get out of their heads and into their bodies. She knows firsthand what it's like to get lost in the daily grind, only to wake up from an (on paper) successful career as a Marketing Director one day and ask: what for? This isn't what I want!

Leaving a cushy job led her to what feels true: listening to her own body and guiding others to do the same through coaching and yoga. Melanie attributes a lot of her healing to her own expression through poetry, which she has been doing ever since she was a little girl.

Connect with Melanie

Website

Linkedin

Instagram

Contact me

Send me an email: info@samallencoachingcreatively.com

Find out more about having a coaching, mentoring & bodywork journey with me on my website
