Should you pay your taxes and tithes to corrupt leaders as a Business Owner and Child of God

It was the late Mr Kofi Annan who said "If corruption is a disease, transparency is the essential part of its treatment" Money is a very precious belonging to its owner, because it takes a lot of sacrifice, the many corrupt systems driven by greed, overpower on the poor, raping of the systems in place as well as scamming the pure understanding of true givers, is a blind spot that should not continue to be ignored. Gugulethu Nkutha discusses her own personal experiences from living up to the principles of what the laws of this world says, as it is in heaven. We don't pay our taxes because we hope the government will pay our home rentals but we pray and believe they build roads and hospitals so we continue to work and get health services for when we get sick, as much as we don't pay our tithes and offerings, hoping the Pastor will come daily to feed our children. I am not referring to corrupt government and church leaders. But I am talking to those with a pure conscious, who sleep at night knowing they have served their followers, citizens very well. Gugulethu in this thirty minute podcast dives into a sensitive subject by simply easing to it in applying practical and honest views, to allow one not to feel any grudge after they have given. Basically look to the one who gave all and allowed you the ability to earn in order to give. God! In tough times when human efforts and powers fail. God still takes care of the whole world. Its in his hands after all. Heaven and Earth will pass on but God, his promises through his words remain. And business continues a usual!

The Love of Money vs. The Love of what you do in building a successful business

The times we live in has shown us a thing or two when many lost their work, jobs , full time employment, leaving us to reach within our gifts. Money is a very interested subject around a dinner table and it can give clarity on the character and personality traits of those around us, in how passionate we get just like the discussions around love and faith religion. Gugulethu Nkutha sits down to discuss the biblical principles of the GOODNESS of money can have and do for one when acquired in the most ethical ways. While some may differ given the tax brakes and corruption from governments through squandering of citizens moneys. Her preparation was in the mindset from a full time salary to nothing, because money runs out when there is no inflow, Gugulethu Nkutha discusses the patience of waiting and downscaling when building your own businesses, the many sacrifices taken by even billionaires in building their dreams. One is when you are building, your lifestyle is one that is impacted and those around you, who will either support or tear down your building phase, the most difficult stage. In her own words from experience, just IGNORE the noise, let it slide unless it is repetitional and lies made up, then in that case be a Nehemiah, have sword in one hand while you carry the building materials and equipment. Guard your reputation at all costs and take accountability.

What is the difference between MentalHealth/Disorder vs. MentalDisease

Mental Health. Mental Disorder and Mental Disease are words used interchangeably but they do not mean the same thing. Having a bad day is not the same as suffering from a continuous anxiety, panic attacks, mood swings and state of depression, 9 out of 10 people are walking around with a mental illness because they have not been diagnosed, meaning Mental Health Awareness is at at low. Many of us walk around we don't know why we act or react the way we do to certain things until its too late. Gugulethu Nkutha sits down in this Podcast Episode to look at the different meanings, what each one means and how each person needs to self introspect and go to professionals for a diagnosis especially when the symptoms are proving severe, the same way you take care of your Body through exercise, the spirit through prayer and meditation, the MIND also needs the same attention if not more.

The role of Faith in God, Prayer and the Word of God in helping people suffering with Mental Health. Is there anything too hard for God?

The belief and faith in God, in a higher being, a superpower, a supernatural, all omniscient, and all omnipotent is a life support for survival in this harsh, cruel Evil world, but God is still GOOD. God can heal any and every disease to them that believe, while medicine is a gift that God has bestowed on a human to be able to heal, all 3 parties, the BODY, MIND and SOUL. The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted our daily lives and has had an adverse impact on people’s mental health. The pandemic has brought about fear, anxiety, depression and uncertainty due to he increasing infections and negative effects of the lockdown period. According to the World Economic Forum, most African governments allocate less than 1 percent of their budgets to mental health services (https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2021/08/4-facts-mental-health-africa/). An estimated 100 million people in Africa furthermore suffer from clinical depression, including 66 million women. It is crucial to distinguish between mental health and mental diseases. For patients who are suffering from mental diseases, they require treatment and support, however, mental health is important for everyone. Throughout our lives, we may experience shifts in our mental health and well-being, varying from good periods and challenging ones. When addressing mental health in Africa, contributing factors such as infectious and nutrient-related diseases are significant. It is also vital to recognise that mental health issues, if not diagnosed or treated, can be a cause of physical and mental disease and disability, which is frequent in Africa. For Africa, the burden of mental health problems is severe, with a large gap between what is needed and what is being done financially. There is also a lack of psychologists and psychiatrists; hence we need to pay more attention to mental health as a policy, and invest. Mental health needs to be integrated into the healthcare system, the church system, work system where people community and go for safety.

How to apply the fruits of the Holy Spirit in running a successful business

There are many reasons why businesses fail, from things we cannot control, in what we call macro dynamics, however a big chunk has to do with our moral compass and attitude in knowing, believing our businesses will make it when we face personal challenges. This is in our character. Many businesses fail because of lack of management by the right people with good intents, the world has seen so much corruption and scandals globally as a result of money being the only drive by people who are not filled by the Holy Spirit. People will use anything go as far as killing others because of money. Any organisation is made up of people, and people come with emotions, spirit, mind , body and soul which needs to be nurtured, however when a person is driven by winning at all costs without realising they are taking their now poison through jealousy envy, greed. That business bound to fail its people This podcast focuses on the 5 character traits that any leader is to apply in order to remain a success when the tough times hit. Starting a business is not as easy as 1,2,3,4 even the most educated, most experience have failed if anything, they don't even have the boldness to start. For those of us who have. Congratulations Money when it falls on the wrong hands, is a torn and sin, however when it increases in the hands of people that are full of power, then the world would change for a better place. This podcast focuses not on what is popular, but what I have gone through myself personally in knowing the it is doable for the next person, but it takes "will power" . These are not only for Christ Followers or Christ believers, but they can be implemented and used by anyone with a heart to be in business for a good course while making money at the same time.
