Eine junge Frau bringt Plattdeutsch auf die Social Media-Bühne. Das Projekt "eat.platt.love" begann als fixe Idee auf Island und hat mittlerweile einige tausend Fans auf Instagram und Youtube. Ich spreche mit Lisa Wrogemann außerdem über ihr unbändiges Fernweh, Glückstagebücher und über nichts bescheideneres als die Weltrettung. ...und Sie verrät, warum Sie sich vor einigen Jahren in eine Kläranlage verliebt hat. Eine winzig kleine Brennerei aus der Lüneburger Heide erlangt Weltruhm. Erst kürzlich wurde der Heide-Gin von Dr. Gerhard Bosselmann beim World Spirits Award 2022 mit Gold ausgezeichnet. Eine kleine Sensation für die kleine Manufaktur im Heideort Egestorf! Doch wer ist dieser Gerhard Bosselmann eigentlich, wie schafft er es so einen hervorragenden Gin zu kreieren und ist Dr. B genauso wundersam wie sein Gin?
