My intention is simple….connection.
I am on a quest to connect with others, like you, who took a leap and have their own hell froze over stories to tell.
I am on a quest to try new things that I was afraid of in the past and share my experiences and some things I have learned along the way.
Welcome to this week's episode of the Hell Froze Over Podcast!

Still don't know what I was waitin' for
Welcome to this week's episode of the Hell Froze Over Podcast.
Trying new things and breaking through your perceived limitations is this week's theme.
My Hell Froze Over stories are about fulfilling a childhood dream to learn to play the piano and how I surprised myself when I was focusing on healing an injury using a new type of workout.
Resilience and grounding (studying, learning, understanding) will be very important in 2022 and the years to come to our mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

I want to be a "Rock" star
Welcome to this week's episode of the Hell Froze Over Podcast!
This week's Hell Froze Over story is about Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
In 2001, I met The Rock at a book signing in Toronto.
I was a hard core WWE fan growing up and The Rock was my favourite wrestler.
Over the years, Dwayne Johnson has spoken out about his struggles with his mental health.
It has been amazing to follow Dwayne Johnson's career over the past 25 years and see how far he has come.
Mental health is still a huge stigma in society and I hope to help where I can to change this by using this platform.
