Hello Me, From Me

About Hello Me, From Me

Basically, this podcast will contain very personal matters in my life. I learned a technique called "Hello Me, From Me" which is you talking to yourself like you are to talking to a friend. And they say that that is therapeutic. So, I'm going to try it out. Audience discretion is advised.
