[…] So the biggest thing that's had an impact on me over the last sort of 18 months has been this idea of glimmers. Have you heard of glimmers? Yeah. Okay. Okay. So for those that haven't, glimmers were just a game changer for me. So glimmers are like the opposite of a trigger. So whereas a trigger is something that sparks up negative feelings or emotions and memories, glimmers are the opposite. They're these kind of small sparks of joy, of peace, of love, of kindness, contentment, whatever it is. And they're happening all the time. But because of this negativity bias, we're missing them. But once you get your eye in, you'll start to see that glimmers are sort of everywhere, but they're these tiny little moments. […]
