We disconnect from our sense of self. Perhaps through heartbreak, a health crisis, losing a loved one, a job or simply a loss of direction.&nbsp; This podcast came about from my own relationship break-up.&nbsp; At a time when I needed to alchemise my own pain, to take the lessons and the gifts and turn this into my Gold.&nbsp; This was my medicine.&nbsp;<br><br>This podcast aims to help you find yours. Wherever you are right now, there will be meditations, soul journeys, and actionable steps for you to take away and integrate into your life as we weave in the feminine mysteries, sacred tools and practices.&nbsp;</p><p><br><br>Think of me as your friendly neighborhood &nbsp;Mystic. When I’m not communing with forest spirits, you’ll often find me immersed in mystical books or wandering the beautiful Norfolk countryside with Milo, my cheeky little Maltese companion. I’m not just about the tarot and oracles—gardening is another passion of mine.&nbsp; In my chocolate box country cottage garden, I love getting my hands in the dirt and watching nature’s magic unfold.</p><p><br></p><p>I’m passionate about wellbeing and always try to sprinkle a bit of love and good vibes wherever I go.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to being a Mystic, I’m an Intuitive Channel, Energy Healer, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Sacred Feminine Guide, and Writer. I'm run a Rose Mystery School. &nbsp; In here we hold ceremonies, circles, workshops, chant, dance, and all the things, (there is enough rituals in here to make Hogwart's blush!)</p><p><br></p><p>Whether I’m helping someone realign their energy or writing verses to inspire the soul, I bring my heart and spirit to everything I do. And I’m proud to call myself Milo’s mum. He’s not just my furry best friend; he’s my partner-in-crime, whether we’re on cosmic adventures or simply hunting for his next treat.</p><p><br></p><p>When I’m not writing, doing readings, teaching yoga, or mentoring, I’m leading a modern-day Rose Mystery School, sharing ancient wisdom with others and exploring the sacred feminine mysteries.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>I also host monthly women’s sacred circles—beautiful gatherings where we come together to reconnect, reflect, and empower one another.
