   Clap Backs for Big Dawgs

Trust us!! This episode is a MUST before your next round! Buckle up, we’re discussing some of the most unhinged things men have said to women on the golf course... but we don't stop there. We've got plenty of clap backs ready for the ladies to keep in their back pocket the next time they're faced with a questionable comment. We also debate what's considered proper course attire, react to a social media post from @thebiancajo that got people talking! Then lastly, we tackle the elephant in the room. In case you haven't noticed... And then there were two. Stick around until the end for a lil update from Brooke and Kelsey! Features/Sponsor: VENUE: The Practice Lab - Kingwood, Texas. Booking Your 1st SOLO TEE TIME (without spiraling)

Her Tee Time : Episode 11 Booking Your First Solo Tee Time (Without Spiraling) + Unhinged Golf Confessions Thinking about booking your first solo tee time… and immediately imagining everyone judging you, your swing falling apart, and somehow holding up the entire course? Yeah, same. This episode is here to lovingly call you out and get you out there anyway. We’re breaking down how to actually prepare, mentally and physically, so your first solo round feels way less like a social experiment and way more like… just golf. In this episode: The Mental Spiral (and how to stop it) Why you think everyone is watching you (they’re not) How to trick your brain into calming down before the first tee What to do when you get paired with strangers and forget how to be a human Solo Tee Time Survival Guide What you actually need to bring vs. what you think you need Quick, no-stress warm-up tips Basic etiquette so you don’t feel like you’re committing a crime on hole one Reality Check No one cares as much as you think they do Solo golf = weirdly empowering (and kind of addicting?) Why this might end up being your favorite way to play Golf Confessions (UNHINGED EDITION) Because nothing builds confidence like knowing other people have done way worse: Yes… someone fully pooped their pants A funeral. Was. Interrupted. On a golf course. There was sex. In a bunker. We wish we were kidding. And other stories that prove golf is absolutely chaotic The Vibe of This Episode: You don’t need to be confident, you just need to book the tee time and deal with it later. Growth, but make it golf. Listen if you: Have ever hovered over the “book now” button for way too long Assume everyone on the course is judging you (again… they’re not) Enjoy a little chaos with your golf content Book the tee time. Worst case? You end up in someone else’s golf confession story. Best case? You realize it was never that deep.
