After seeing the feedback from our last episode's poll, we've decided to dive into what could be considered the ultimate topic of our generation - mental health. We went from self-care in the workplace to being that over-compromise person in a relationship, sharing our life lessons and learnings that helped us through those difficult times.
One thing we noticed is that many of the quiet girls out there possess a great virtue - self-reflection. Let's harness it to concentrate on the lessons learned from your experiences and embark on the journey to becoming the best versions of ourselves.
