Often, because of the wiring of the brain, we are looking for the quick fix or quick results and when those don't occur we stop cultivating and let it go. JG shares ways to actually keep the consistent cultivation going so that what grows does so consistently and also in a lifetime&nbsp;approach. If we cultivate a garden often and give the right conditions, the plants and trees will grow so beautifully. This same approach is what we can take when realize it will be the small minuscule growths through consistent cultivation of the inner experience that will grow so deeply that we will live a more mindful life.</p>
