About Here We Go Again! A Father Daughter Podcast!
Here We Go Again is a father–daughter podcast hosted by Eddie and his 13-year-old daughter, Gigi. Together, they explore life’s everyday moments, funny stories, and thoughtful conversations from two different perspectives — parent and teen.
With a mix of humor, honesty, and curiosity, Eddie and Gigi share wide-ranging chats about family, growing up, and the world around them. Whether you’re a parent, teen, or just love genuine conversation, this show celebrates connection across generations with plenty of laughs along the way.
“Back In My Day… We Didn’t Lose an Hour of Sleep!” | Daylight Savings, Harmonica Debuts & Sleep-Deprived Question Jar Chaos
In this episode of Here We Go Again, Gigi and I try to power through the annual time-change exhaustion while diving into the strange origins of Daylight Savings Time and why we still deal with it today.
Along the way we cover a little bit of everything — including Gigi’s first volleyball game win, updates about Penny, and the surprise debut of Gigi’s brand new harmonica.
Of course we also open the Question Jar, which leads to one of the best questions yet:
If you could replace one school subject with anything… what would it be?
The answers go completely off the rails, and at some point we realize we might need merch that simply says:
“Back in my day…”
It’s another classic mix of laughs, random life updates, and slightly delirious conversations as we record through pure sleep deprivation.
Welcome back to Here We Go Again.

Are We Being Fooled? Conspiracies, Clones, and the Jim Carrey Mystery
This episode starts with a birthday surprise — because it turns out both of us are celebrating! 🎉
From there things get interesting…
We dive into some of the weirdest conspiracy theories people are talking about right now, including a rumor that the Jim Carrey who gave a recent speech might not actually be him. Is it real? Is it internet nonsense? Or something stranger?
Then we talk about one of the most fascinating mysteries in technology: the lightbulb that has been burning for over 100 years. If we can make things last that long… why don’t companies build products that last anymore?
Of course, the question jar makes things even better when Gigi answers one of the wildest questions yet:
If you had a clone… what would you make it do?
Her answer had us laughing the entire time.
This episode is funny, weird, and a little thought-provoking — exactly the kind of conversations we love having together.
So sit back and hang out with us as we explore conspiracies, technology mysteries, and some truly hilarious answers.

Philosophy, Wrestling Mats & The Blue Dress Debate
This week on Here We Go Again, we went deep… and then laughed our way back out.
Gigi and I jumped into philosophy, breaking down Plato’s Allegory of the Cave and talking about perception, reality, and how what we “see” isn’t always the full truth. From there, we drifted into religion, belief systems, and what it means to think for yourself.
But don’t worry — it wasn’t all serious.
We celebrated Gigi’s cousin making the State Wrestling Championships 🏆 (huge moment!), debated the infamous “green or blue dress” internet mystery, and of course, pulled some great questions from the jar.
We aimed for 30 minutes…
We landed at almost an hour.
And honestly? Gigi loved every minute of the deep thinking.
This episode is thoughtful, funny, personal, and exactly what this podcast is about — conversations that grow with us.
If you’ve ever questioned reality, argued over that dress, or just enjoyed a real conversation between a dad and daughter, this one’s for you.
