You are physically fit and have no medical condition, which would prevent you from participating in this yoga class. There is absolutely no guarantee that you will not suffer injury from participation in HERU Yoga for the Blind nor is it guaranteed that your fitness, health, or wellbeing will improve as a result of participation in these classes. If you are recovering from an injury or have recently been pregnant it is your responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding your participation in this specialised yoga class.
