<p>Berawal dari 50 bungkus roti per hari kini sudah naik menjadi 1000 bungkus per hari. Inilah cerita tentang perjalanan bisnis Taeng Bakery di Makassar, langsung dari pemiliknya yang lebih sering dipanggil dengan sebutan Mama Luna.</p> <p>Mama Luna membuka bisnis Taeng Bakery pertama kali pada tahun 2011. Awalnya, bisnis ini dibuka karena Mama Luna sedang jauh dari suaminya, dan dengan rumah tangga yang masih berusia belia, Mama Luna memutuskan untuk membuka bisnis untuk menopang ekonomi keluarga. Ada filosofi di balik nama Taeng Bakery, yakni dari rumah orang tua Mama Luna yang terletak di sebuah desa bernama desa Taeng di Makasar. Selain itu, Mama Luna juga memaparkan bahwa Makasar adalah tempat lahirnya pejuang kemerdekaan yang jumlahnya tidak sedikit. Diangkat dari filosofi ini, logo Roti Taeng yang berupa topi merah yang biasa dipakai para pahlawan pun lahir. Logo ini juga melambangkan keberanian dan semangat yang merupakan ciri khas orang Makasar.</p> <p>Salah satu tantangan tersulit yang dihadapi Mama Luna pada tahap awal adalah mencari partner retail dan mendapatkan kepercayaan dari toko-toko untuk dititipkan roti Taeng. Bagaimana akhirnya Mama Luna bisa mendapatkan kepercayaan partner retail besar hingga bisnisnya bisa mencuat seperti sekarang?
