Het Gastcollege - Hester Syoum
<p>Hester Syoum is opgegroeid in Achterhoek. In 2014 vertrekt ze voor stage vanuit de opleiding Sociaal Pedagogische Hulpverlening naar Ethiopië. Enkele jaren later verscheen ze bij ons in het klaslokaal. Samen met haar Ethiopische echtgenoot Dawit erft ze de koffieboerderij van de Opa van Dawit. Maar wat wist zij nu eenmaal van koffie?
