Ep 4: Google your life!

Hey best friend!

We talk about purpose, and finding it; our work life and moments that were key to us knowing that this was God's plan; plus questions, tips and hints on how to find your passion. What you'll realize is that there are so many things that church people do as in, we have a church career and a 'pay yo bills' career. We dive into our Sunday tasks and during the week church tasks, but we wouldn't have it any other way (LOL). Alex works in the sound department for TV and Film, "he's that sound guy" and Kirah works within education. We can't apologise when Alex goes in on some people. In this case, if you have any issues with what has been said then my dear you are a dry-ed.

There's a great resource that Alex loves by John C Maxwell entitled, Talent is never enough. We hope that this helps if you are searching for your passion or are at a moment of re-direction in life.
Let us know your thoughts and responses to the first few questions after our check-in. Had whole relationships but never told your parents you were dating?!

Hey best friend,

This week we started with our top quality in a partner; how we told our parents when we entered the dating world (please tell your parents early on); lying about our whereabouts (sorry Mom and Dad!); how the black church had, has and should teach young people about the topic of sex and starting to date or court.

Let us know what your favourite quality is in a partner and when you told your parents you started dating, because we really were late in this game. Alex even tried a sexy voice for you this Valentine's haha!

Instagram and twitter: @rhulemart and @hmmkiki

See you next month as we dive into Purpose!

Hey best friend,

We hope you've had a nice start to the new year. We want to warn you in advance not to play this out loud- actually, no, play this out loud and share it with friends and family. You do not want to be drinking or eating, that is the only warning because if you cough and splutter that is not on us!

Do you think Christian girls have the best pull out game? Taken in this episode's context. Yes, we go wild with our conversations, one-liners and throwing in musical lines now and again. If you listen until the end, you'll see that there is more to it that leads women and men to bow out from relationships.

Join in with the conversation and tag us on Twitter @hmmiki/Alex is now @rhulemart/#heybestfriend or send us a message on Anchor.fm or Instagram @hmmkiki @rhulemart.
