WHAT IF YOU WERE A REVOLUTIONIST RATHER THAN A RESOLUTIONIST?
<p>This is taken from a facebook live I did, so some of the audio may not be as clear as I was walking down the beach. In this live I talk about what would be revolutionary and what if you didn't set resolutions or goals but did these things instead. Goal setting is such an old paradigm and limiting when it comes to creating change in ourselves as it has us starting from judgement. We are so trained to be in resistance and go along with the herd. So lets be revolutionary and bring these things instead.</p> <p>#Having peace and allowance for yourself.</p> <p>#Observe your thoughts and don't listen to them, and tap into your own inner guidance instead. We are so knowing and we know what is right for us.</p> <p>#Stop controlling and trying to fix other people and the world. It's an illusion that we can do that, the only way we can shift things is to shift ourselves. Allow others to have their own sovereignty.</p> <p>#Stop all the to do lists, the things you should do. What if the action you chose matched up with your values or what I call my high frequency energies. Mine are peace, fun, adventure. flow and fun. </p> <p>#We are not here to work hard, we are here to leverage our own inner capacities and the universe. Hand the heavy lifting over to the universe. What if you valued rest and relaxation instead?</p> <p>#Stop being positive over top of your unconscious patterns. This will not bring about change, or peace long term. </p>

WE ARE NOT HERE TO IMPROVE OURSELVES.

Don't get me wrong we can gain awareness from past experiences and we can learn to do new things but when it comes to us as a being how can we improve?
