A conversation for the woman you once were and the woman you are becoming.
Hosted by Candi Thibodeaux, this podcast explores self-love, healing, faith, relationships, and the wisdom that comes from growing through life with intention.
New episodes twice a month.
We all have the same 24 hours—but what are you doing with yours?
In this episode of Grow With Candi, I’m talking about minding the business that pays you—and I don’t just mean financially. Your health, your home, your goals, your education, your peace, and your future all deserve your attention.
Sometimes balance isn’t about finding more time; it’s about being intentional with the time you already have. Get up a little earlier. Pack the lunch. Move your body. Start the laundry. Plan the meals. Take the course. Post the content. Enjoy social media without getting lost in mindless scrolling. And yes, make time to rest and enjoy your life too.
The time is going to pass anyway. The question is: what will you have to show for the time that passed?
Mind your business. Mind your time. And keep moving forward. 🌱

Social Media without Losing Yourself
Social media can be a beautiful place to create, connect, and share—but somewhere along the way, it can also become easy to lose yourself in the opinions, expectations, and lives of everyone else.
In this episode of Grow With Candi, I’m talking about navigating social media with a little more intention—from how we interact with one another online to remembering that there’s a real person on the other side of the screen. Most importantly, we’re talking about staying connected to who you are while participating in a world that can sometimes make you question it.
Let’s talk social media, etiquette, boundaries, and being yourself in a space where everybody has an opinion. 🤍

Know Your Way Back
Life will have its ups and downs, but the goal isn’t to never be affected—it’s to know your way back.
In this episode of Grow With Candi, we’re talking about the work we can do before difficult moments arrive: understanding our triggers, practicing self-control, caring for our minds and bodies, and becoming more intentional about how we respond.
Growth can look like recognizing that a situation that once caused you to react impulsively no longer has the same power over you. It can look like choosing calm over chaos, protecting your peace, and knowing the things that help you return to a place where you feel grounded, clear and most like yourself.
You may not be able to control what life brings your way, but you can continue becoming someone you’re proud of in the way you move through it.
Know your happy points. Know yourself. And know your way back.
Let’s grow together. I’m so glad you’re here.
