[…] So, yeah, I think not only do you lose the sort of, you know, the three generations as your example, you know, shares of families that have, you know, been custodians of these places in, in this instance in Russia, but you also lose all of the kind of artistry and the kind of craftsmanship around that there's invaluable to get these places stuck in as they do. It's really important. I mean, I think we have 12 ,000 full -time jobs so estimate is very hard to estimate. Tons of them are in the sort of the skills sector. And once they're gone, they're gone. You can't sort of suddenly find incredibly skilled plasters and things and they're on the way and it's up to us to try and keep them going. […]
