He is on the steering team of <a href="http://thecompletefreedomoftruth.com/" target="_blank">The Complete Freedom of Truth</a>, an international youth-led project developing global youth citizenship through culture and the arts and is a trainer and Wellbeing Adviser for <a href="https://www.musicianswithoutborders.org/" target="_blank">Musicians Without Borders</a> where he trains musicians to use music for peace building. Darren is co-founder of the <a href="https://www.oneworldorchestra.uk/" target="_blank">One World Orchestra</a>, an inter-cultural ensemble of musicians based in the UK, exploring the idea of Home through music. He co-presents the Conscious Creative Leadership podcast with Nadine Benjamin MBE, discussing leadership in 21st Century. She is responsible for the personal development of students on MBA, Masters and Undergraduate programmes.<br> <br> Originally trained as a counselling and clinical psychologist, Tatiana is an experienced and qualified executive coach, learning & development consultant and facilitator. Her consulting expertise lies in the areas of Executive Coaching, Learning and Development and Occupational Assessment. She has worked with several high profile national and international, public and private organisations in the UK, Brazil and the United Arab Emirates. She has practised in a wide range of sectors including banking and finance, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, media, energy and manufacturing.</h1> <p><strong>In 2013, Tatiana was awarded a PhD from Keele University, UK, for her research exploring the psychological aspects of the transition and adjustment to retirement. Hanan's work in the field of mental health and trauma would be an integral skill set that informed her future work with refugees and traumatized displaced populations.</p> <p>With in-depth experience in the humanitarian field from within the heart of the refugee crisis in Europe; Hanan's humanitarian journey started with interpretation and asylum support for refugee families and unaccompanied minors in the Calais refugee camp 2015, then moved onto working in Greece.</p> <p>After building emergency response hub in Athens Greece and teams on the borders in 2016 , she then continued to officially register both Goodwill Caravan Greece and UK in 2017.</p> <p>With the support of a multi-disciplinary UK Board and a skilled team behind her, Hanan was able to build the protection projects of Goodwill Caravan into a global brand that expanded from UK, France and Greece to registering Goodwill Caravan as a 501(c)(3) in the United States and finalizing registration of Goodwill Caravan UAE in the United Arab Emirates.</p> <p>All global branches of Goodwill Caravan have a united mission with a focus on anti-trafficking protection projects for vulnerable displaced populations fleeing war and persecution.</p>
