19. Gran’ Love Rizin
Every one of us has crossed paths with challenges that have left us feeling shook. What do we do with those situations? How do they inform us of our deepest strengths? 18. Womb Wisdom
A wise Womban embarks on a journey deep within her self. As she descends to her womb space, an energetic and informative epicenter of intrinsic wisdom and creativity is revealed to her. Through this connection back with herself, she is able to tune into teachings of her unique inner nature. It’s no wonder so many womben that embark on this journey rediscover an aspect of themselves that is a portal for healing, connection, and incredible growth in every way possible. I embarked on this journey myself back in May. Womben Wellness has been a safe space through which I learned the power of my menstrual cycle, my yoni, ancestrial wisdom and tuning into pain as a messenger, instead of something our “always on” culture has conditioned us to numb out. I learned about the incredibly intelligent body and all the ways she communicates to us; speaking loud when we cannot vocally express what we suppress. I encourage every woman to meet herself in a safe space like Womben Wellness. The community I’ve grown to love has been such a transformative pillar in my own journey. And even though I can’t describe fully in words how much my life has shifted from connecting to my womb , my body shows me in all the ways. That’s the beauty of this sacred vessel that contains our essence and since we only get one body in this lifetime, why not tune into all the wisdom she holds for us.
