Your motivational injection with me, your host Kaya - a Coach and DJ - inviting you to connect deeply to yourself as well as sharing some of my most valuable life lessons.
Each month, I invite you into the energy of a new energetic theme linked to the seasons, astrology, numerology, and cycles of life; while sharing my own stories, lessons, and lived experiences.
This is a space to pause, reflect, and remember who you are. With questions to guide your own self-inquiry and my own honest reflections, each episode is both grounding and expansive; an anchor for your journey home to yourself.
We're back! and with a slightly different direction...
Higher With Kaya Online Platform has launch; an on-demand platform curated for you to reconnect and rebalance mind, body and soul and each month on the platform we focus on a different energetic theme based on the time year, seasons and zodiac season. The podcast episodes are now going to be deeper explorations of these themes that we channel on the platform.
We kick things off with the theme of Commit and dive deeply into what it means to commit, my personal experience of committing recently finishing off with some journal prompts and work for you to go away and use for yourself.
So, what does it mean to Commit?

Episode 7: Let Go Of What You Know
What if saying goodbye to your decade long relationship or decade long career could be one of the best decisions you ever made?
What if the fear of letting go of all you know is really the thing that's holding you back from being truly happy rather than the actual thing itself?!
Sounds mad right?
Well, in this episode I talk about how I actually did that - how I left my decade long career as a Fitness Coach to pursue something else.
I talk about how scary it was to follow my intuition and my heart rather than my mind and how saying goodbye to what I love led me straight back to it in a deeper and more profound way...

Episode 5: Your Confidence = Your Life.
It's as simple as your confidence = your life.
Your lack of confidence = your life.
Your abundance of confidence = your life.
However confident you are in yourself is exactly how your life plays out and manifests. It is the KEY to your happiness. It is the KEY to your relationships. It is the KEY to your career. It is the KEY to your life.
In this episode I talk about the importance of being confident in yourself and how you can identify and work on making this a priority in your life so you can be the most authentic and fully embrace it.

Episode 2: What Breaks You, Makes You.
After finding out that my ex boyfriend had been disloyal to me in ways I never saw coming or could even think of, I made a decision - a decision that this heartbreaking situation was going to make me and not break me.
In this episode I talk about how I truly believe that in every tragic situation that we experience in our lives - no matter what it is - that there is always that choice that we can make. That instead of being the victim we can be the hero. Instead of sinking from despair we can swim with liberation. Instead of falling into the darkness we can fly into the light. Because we really can, if we decide we can.

Episode 1: Married To The Unexpected
Yes, you read that right - I am married to the unexpected; and not by choice!
In all seriousness though this subject; the subject of embracing life's uncertainties and twists and turns is so dear to my heart and had to be the first instalment of Higher With Kaya.
Over the last 3 years I have found myself consistently forced into accepting the unexpected and surrendering all control over what I feel my life should be like.
From moving countries completely broke, to being betrayed in my relationship and having some crazy amazing things happen on the way I hope that my sharing of these events and my un-consented marriage to the unexpected reminds you of the power of letting go and trusting that everything - even when its bad - is always working in your favour.
