Podcast Overview

In this podcast, senior boarders talk about their experiences on the Hill and their lives more generally. Its foundation is the understanding that students can learn a great deal from their (older) peers, especially in the context of boarding, and that listeners will learn things from both the guest and the host that will help them understand the psychological processes that promote wellbeing and could ultimately help them in overcoming life's challenges. Through listening to guest’s stories, we will learn how the things you tell yourself are the most influential experiences you have. That it’s your thoughts and beliefs, your attitudes and values that shape your life more so than the things that happen. Thank you to Rev Assender for producing this podcast. Episodes are recorded on Wurundjeri land and we pay respects to their Elders past and present.
