Menteri keuangan, Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, mengakui bahwa desain CORETAX masih memiliki kekurangan sehingga menyulitkan pengguna dan memicu munculnya jasa joki untuk membantu proses pelaporan.</p><p><br></p><p>Di sisi lain, pemerintah menyatakan akan terus melakukan perbaikan sistem agar lebih mudah digunakan dan dapat mengurangi ketergantungan Wajib Pajak terhadap pihak ketiga. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik joki pajak tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor Wajib Pajak, tetapi juga berkaitan dengan kesiapan dan kualitas sistem perpajakan yang digunakan.</p>
