And the practical reason that they interview for skills is you can see skills on a resume. They literally go down and it says, what are your certifications? What are your skills? They go back to the schools. They graduated from those schools and so on. So you can see that on a resume. What you can see on a resume is really their drive, their ambition, their behaviors, do they fit your values? You don't see that a resume at all. […]
