La felicidad significa algo diferente para cada persona. Lo que te propongo aquí es una vía para encontrar paz y plenitud. Puede que esto no sea felicidad para ti, pero te será mucho más fácil generarla desde ese estado. En esencia la cosa va de vivir en cada momento lo que quieras vivir, independientemente de lo que esté pasando afuera :)

Aquello que te molesta, te molesta porque te genera un contraste. Si no hubiera un opuesto, no experimentarías nada. Y ese contraste es un regalo, porque gracias a él puedes ver esas partes de ti que suelen estar ocultas, darles una nueva mirada y que dejen de modular cómo ves el mundo. Gracias al contraste cada vez te llenas de más y más amor y bienestar.
