מפגש 36: לופ של מחשבות, בואו נזיז אותן הצידה
<p>הכל התחיל בנסיעה אתמול. אני עם הילדים באוטו, הלב פתוח ושמח, ופשוט התחלתי לשיר. המצאתי וריאציה משלי לשיר על הכטב"מ, אבל אז הם התחילו "לרדת" עליי. בשנייה אחת הרגשתי איך מצב הרוח צונח. המילים שלהם הדהדו לי שנים אחורה, אל התחושה המוכרת ההיא של לחזור הביתה ולהרגיש שמכבים אותי, שמישהו לוחץ על ה-Off של השמחה שלי. יש מה לעשות, וזו מתנה.</p><p>העבודה של ביירון קייטי.</p><p>תצטרפו אלי.</p>

פרק 35: עוד רגע 2026. פחדים מהעתיד
<p><strong>אני מפחדת ממשהו שדמיינתי כל כך הרבה פעמים, ואני אפילו לא בטוחה אם זה בגלל שהוא כבר קרה וחוויתי את התוצאות שלו</strong>: לפני כמה ימים ישבתי על כיסא בסדנה שהעברתי, וכשקמתי הכיסא התקפל ונפל.</p><p>לפני שהסתובבתי לראות את הכיסא חשבתילעצמי: ״אוי, שברתי את הכיסא״.</p><p>כשהסתובבתי וראיתי שהוא לא שבור אמרתילנשים שהשתתפו בסדנה: ״וואי,איזה מזל. חשבתי שאולי הכיסא נשבר״.</p><p>הן הגיבו בהרמת גבה ובמשפטים כמו: ״למה שהכיסא יישבר?״</p><p>אז עניתי בטבעיות: <strong>״זה אחד הפחדים שלי, לשבור כיסאות מרוב שאני שמנה״.</strong></p><p>עכשיו הן מסתכלות עליי בצורה מאוד מוזרה, ואחת המשתתפות שואלת אותי: ״זה משהו שכבר קרה לך?״ </p><p>בהיתי בה במבט של סימן שאלה כזה. <strong>והאמת,</strong> <strong>שאני לא זוכרת אם זה משהו שקרה לי</strong>. </p><p>אז לקחתי משהו יותר גדול לעבוד עליו, פחד ממשי מהעתיד: המחשבה: "נכשלתי ואני לא יודעת מתי אוכל לעבור לצפון". </p>
