Bo has served on numerous boards, was appointed to the White House Initiative on Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders under President Obama, and is a 2019 Bush Fellow. Her leadership has been so impactful that November 1 is officially declared “Bo Thao-Urabe Day” in St. Paul and across Minnesota.
