Chris shares his experience being sidelined as a result of multiple injuries, the impact of isolation associated with injuries and COVID-19, and the positive impact his involvement with THRIVE had on his mental health. They both provide tips to help support student-athletes, including the Hokies Helping Hokies program that connects injured athletes and CAMP (Counseling and Athletics Mental Performance).</p>
