Cierra y Sierra, las dos ultimas homófonas (por los momentos)
<p>Las palabras homófonas de hoy son *CIERRA y SIERRA. La primera se refiere al verbo cerrar en tercera persona y la segunda es una herramienta para cortar o una cadena de montañas.</p> <p>*Para la mayoría de los hispano-hablantes el sonido de estas dos palabras (Cierra y Sierra) es idéntico con la excepción de España donde existe una marcada diferencia en la pronunciación de las sílabas "Ce", "Ci" al igual que la letra "Z".</p>

La primera se refiere a Asia, uno de los cinco continentes, la segunda es una preposición que indica sentido o dirección.</p> <p>*Para la mayoría de los hispano-hablantes el sonido de estas dos palabras (Asia y Hacia) es idéntico con la excepción de España donde existe una marcada diferencia en la pronunciación de las sílabas "Ce", "Ci" al igual que la letra "Z".</p> <p>**Hay un tercer significado cuando se acentúa (Hacía) que viene del verbo hacer conjugado en primera o tercera persona del pretérito imperfecto del modo indicativo.</p>
