Episode #22 - Presidential Wishlist

If you're like so many humans you will often find your self saying "I don't want..." and then you are disappointed when what you kept thinking and saying you didn't want actually comes to fruition anyway. This episode we talk about what we WANT in a leader, what we as a country can focus on, and what we can work to bank our collective energy toward. It's easy to let cynicism take over and joke about or yell about all the things that we see as wrong with our country, our lives, or even ourselves, and now is the time to shift our mental gears and think brighter. Think about what we want in our leaders, in our lives, and in ourselves! If you think this episode would help someone else convert their "Don'ts" into "Do's" please share.

Episode #21 - Silent Toxicity
We all have that colleague, friend, manager, or an employee who doesn't respond to an email or a text, and if they do, it's DAYS later and never really fully addressing the subject at hand. In this episode, we talk about Silent Toxicity, the toxicity that comes when we reach out only to be ignored. The toxicity we create when we see something that we know isn't right. Still, we don't say anything, or the toxicity we ignore when we find ourselves unwilling or "too busy" to reach out to people and connect somewhere other than social media. How does our silence affect those around us, and how do we allow silence to become toxic in our lives.
