Raised in Maryland, Marti shares what pop culture touchstones informed their work. "Stonewall Is American History" with Stacy Lentz | Holding Space with Tracy E. Gilchrist

Co-owner of the birthplace of the modern LGBTQ+ civil rights movement and cofounder of the Stonewall Gives Back Initiative, Stacy Lentz has been fighting for queer rights for decades. Clear-eyed and hopeful for the next generations, Stacy and Tracy discuss how history is embedded in the foundation of the Stonewall Inn, preserving its right to fly the rainbow flag, and how she's inspired by young people. This is a thoughtful discussion recorded at the Stonewall Inn that connects LGBTQ+ history with the present and future that is not to be missed. #stonewallinn #lgbtqia #queer #lgbtqhistory Warm, thoughtful, and deeply personal, this episode celebrates the power of storytelling as activism and the joy of queer milestones.Subscribe to Holding Space with Tracy E.
