[…] Like I said, hit a wall. And the way I was able to know that is because I was feeling disconnected from my body, number one. I'm very mentally dominant. So analyzing, I want to understand things. I want to know the why behind things. I want to know the source for why I am a certain way. And those are all very helpful. But I felt like a disconnect with my body and my body was also shouting at me in my trapezius, like my upper back shoulder area, like so much tension to the point where there was pain.
