Hi, I’m Dr. Heather Heck, and welcome to Holistic Health with Dr. Heather Heck. With more than 15 years of clinical experience and training in chiropractic care, clinical nutrition, acupuncture, public health, and holistic health, I’m passionate about helping people better understand their health and the options available to them. I’m also a mom, so I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate all the information about what’s truly healthy for ourselves and our families. Throughout my career, I’ve had countless conversations with patients and families asking the same question: What can I do to create a healthier life for myself and the people I love? That’s what this podcast is about. Together, we’ll explore nutrition, integrative and holistic health, environmental health, longevity, family wellness, emerging research, and much more. I’ll share what I’ve learned through my professional experience, along with conversations with experts who bring new perspectives to the world of health and wellness.
