A couple weeks ago, we pulled the topic “Why do we need to feel understood?” Somehow, it made its way BACK into the bag, we pulled it again… and this time, the conversation went in a completely different direction.We talked about learning to say NO — without feeling like we owe everyone a long explanation.We talked about trusting ourselves.
