Season 2 EP8 - Focus on Jesus
"What has your focus has your attention." That's a common phrase we hear today, but what about this: "What has your focus, has your mind, body, and soul?" What we focus on shapes the direction of our lives. Our eyes gather information, our minds process it, and our actions follow. From the paths we walk to the emotions we experience, our focus influences our direction, both physically and spiritually.
