D1 professional yappers who are passionate about God, His Glory and how He has moved in our lives. We are two imperfect people who have found the Bread of Life. Videos come out as a two part format. First part is the Bible study where we go in depth on the topic and share our personal insights. From there the Yap Session is a bit more free and fun for the whole family.
A lot of people confuse kindness with goodness — but according to the Bible, they’re not the same.
In this episode, we’re having a real conversation about what the Bible actually says:
➡️ Kindness is the posture — compassion, patience, grace in how we treat others.
➡️ Goodness is deeper — it’s about obedience, conviction, and living by God’s standard, even when it’s hard.
Many Christians settle for being “nice,” but God calls us to something more: to walk in truth, humility, and holiness, through the power of the Holy Spirit.
This isn’t about condemning anyone — it’s about inviting all of us (including ourselves) to see how God defines goodness, and to pursue it with real joy and purpose.
If you’ve ever felt like “being a good person” was enough, this conversation may challenge you — but more importantly, it may encourage you to see who God is shaping you to become.

God Didn’t Save You Just to Keep You Comfortable
Most people think faith is just about believing. But real, sustaining faith?
It’s tested. Refined. Grown in the fire.
In this video, we explore what it really means to walk with God through trials — not just to be saved, but to stay surrendered when life hits hard.
📖 Romans 1:16–17 reminds us that salvation comes by faith — but that’s just the beginning.
📖 Hebrews 10 and James 1 show us that faith is proved in suffering.
📖 1 Peter 1 says your trials are refining you like gold.
This isn’t about shallow Christianity.
This is about faith that holds when everything else breaks — when you lose everything, when the answers don’t come, when obedience feels costly.
You’ll hear:
• Shaun’s story of going from riches to rags
• Ty’s testimony of obedience and trust in uncertainty
• What the Bible actually says about why faith grows best in pressure
• Why enduring faith is the mark of someone Spirit-led
God didn’t abandon you in the fire — He’s forming you in it.

If your faith feels weak, distant, or dried up — you’re not broken. You’re being built.
It’s time to go from salvation faith to steadfast and sustaining faith

God Didn’t Say That. I Did
There’s a dangerous line between hearing from God and projecting your own voice onto Him—and I crossed it.
In this video, I reflect on a time when I thought I was entering a season of godly solitude… but in reality, I was just isolating myself based on a false assumption. I believed my friends were pulling away, so I withdrew, convinced that God was calling me into a quiet season. I even prayed, thinking I was seeking Him. But the truth? I wasn’t praying from a place of clarity—I was praying from my own confusion and fear.
This isn’t a sermon. It’s a story. A moment of honest reflection. A reminder that discernment isn’t just about praying harder—it’s about surrendering the narrative we’ve already written in our minds.
Maybe you’ve been there too. Maybe you’re there now.
Let’s talk about it.

Nothing Else Satisfies
The Love, Joy, and Peace the World Can't Give You
We get it — we’ve been there too.In this episode, we (Ty and Shaun) sit down to talk about why so many of us chase love, joy, and peace in all the wrong places — and why it never truly satisfies. We walk through the first three fruits of the Spirit — love, joy, and peace — and share how we’ve seen God completely change the way we experience them in our own lives. This isn’t about surface-level happiness or temporary feelings. It’s about a love that sacrifices, a joy that endures, and a peace that anchors you — all rooted in a real relationship with God.If you’re feeling restless, empty, or like there has to be more to life, you’re not alone. There’s a better way — and it starts by letting God lead.Scriptures we talk about in this video:Galatians 5:221 Corinthians 13:4-71 John 4:7-10Psalm 28:7Romans 15:13Isaiah 32:16-18

He’s not an optional experience—He’s your Helper, your Advocate, and your Source of power (John 14-16).Shaun and Ty share personal insights and biblical truths that reveal what the Holy Spirit actually does—and why your faith will always feel limited until you let Him in.📖 Key Scriptures: • Genesis 1:1–2 • John 14:15–31 • John 16:8,13 • Acts 2:38 • 2 Corinthians 3:16–18 • Romans 8:9–11 • Galatians 5:16–26If you’ve ever felt like something was missing from your spiritual life… this might be it.Don’t ignore God’s greatest gift.Like, comment, and subscribe for more from the series!

God Doesn't Want Empty Fasts — Here's What He's After
Often people fast to get something from God. But Isaiah 58 shows us that true fasting isn’t about manipulating God—it’s about transforming us. We can't change Him, but through fasting he will change you!
In this video, we break down what God actually says about fasting: what not to do, how to honor Him in the process, and the kind of heart posture He blesses.
We also touch on Elijah’s moment of despair in 1 Kings—proof that God meets us in our weakness when we choose obedience over comfort.
If you’ve been treating fasting like a transaction, it’s time to shift your mindset. This is the kind of fast God responds to.
